QNL offers a vast range of free services to its members including, but not limited to:
QNL members have borrowing rights for more than one million books in 15 languages.
"To manage your account, check when books are due back, renew items, or look for any items you have requested, simply visit your account at the login page and enter your Library Card Number or Qatar ID and PIN number as requested."

QNL members have free access to online resources (e-books, research and academic databases...) that cover a wide range of subject areas and age groups. You can download ebooks, audiobooks, academic papers, newspaper articles, magazines, and stream music and videos.

The Library has several individual and group study and presentation rooms to meet your needs, including some with audiovisual capabilities. Group study rooms can only be booked by Library members and require advanced reservation.

Interlending and Document Supply (ILDS) service provides you with materials in an electronic or print format that are not available in the Library’s resources and collections.

"The Innovation Stations provide access to a 3D printing and scanning section, recording studio and videography/photography room with equipment for digital design, musical instruments and recording equipment, virtual reality accessories, do-it-yourself electronics, and other makerspaces."

A free service to all, Qatar Digital Library covers modern history and culture of the Gulf and wider region, online. "It includes archives, maps, manuscripts, sound recordings, photographs and much more, complete with contextualised explanatory notes and links, in both English and Arabic."
